A term used in our eCampaign to describe transmitting email brochures to our network of commercial real estate professionals.

A term used in our Wants/Needs page to describe that all Wants/Needs ePostings will be emailed to our network of professionals. Upon receiving fifteen Wants/Needs ePosting submissions, BuilderBrokerNetwork.com will send an email containing up to fifteen Wants/Needs ePostings to our network of professionals. The minimum number of ePostings to complete a Wants/Needs ePosting Broadcast is ten. All Wants/Needs ePostings will be sent in order they are received by BuilderBrokerNetwork.com

A service that allows a member to advertise their property to our entire network via email. BuilderBrokerNetwork.com calls this service "eCampaign". By spending just in a few short minutes a member is able to fill-out the necessary information and broadcast their property for instant exposure to our network of commercial real estate professionals. All eCampaigns also include a FREE listing on the BuilderBrokerNetwork.com.

BuilderBrokerNetwork.com has professionally designed templates that a member is able to choose from when completing the eCampaign process to create a dynamic looking eCampaign. Users will receive a confirmation email of the completed process and must verify the eCampaign prior to BuilderBrokerNetwork.com broadcasting the network of commercial real estate professionals.

Wants/Needs ad. We call our Wants/Needs ads "Wants/Needs ePosting" because when a member submits their wants and needs they are posting it to our website.

This is for members who want or need a particular commercial property or related commercial real estate service. For example, if you need to locate an Office Building then you would submit a post on our Wants/Needs section. This option is also very helpful for property owners. For example, if you have an Office Building to sell you could search the Wants/Needs ePostings to find someone who would be interested in your property. Please note that Wants/Needs ePostings must not mentioned a specific property. It is solely used for members that wish to submit commercial real estate opportunities they currently want or need.

A Wants/Needs ePosting is an ad posted by member so the entire BuilderBrokerNetwork.com network will know you are currently searching for a particular property or commercial real estate service. In addition to searching our active Listings, submitting a Wants/Needs ePosting is the fastest method available to find what you are looking for. Also, your Wants/Needs ePosting will be broadcast to BuilderBrokerNetwork's network creating a greater awareness and instant exposure for your Wants/Needs.

To search a property go to http://www.builderbrokernetwork.com/search-properties.php.

Click one or multiple search criteria and click the "Begin Search" button at the bottom of the page.

If you select a heading criteria like "Industrial/Warehouse" you will search all of the sub-headings ("Distribution", "Flex Space", "Manufacturing", Research & Development", "Showroom", "Storage Facilities", "Transportation Depot", and "Warehouses".

All BuilderBrokerNetwork.com's searches are done by an "OR" clause for "Property Type" and "Transaction Type" and an "AND" clause for "Location" and "Price Range". This means if you select "Marinas", "Business For Sale", and enter "Miami" for "City" your returned results will be all "Marina" listings, all "Business For Sale" in the city of Miami. If you only want to see "Marinas" in Miami then select "Marinas" and enter "Miami" for the city.

Featured Ads draws greater attention because Featured Wants/Needs ePosting and Featured Listings receives top priority placement and are ALWAYS listed before Basic Ads.

BuilderBrokerNetwork.com's returned search results for ads are by the following criteria:

1. Featured Ads are displayed in descending order according to the date.
2. After ALL Featured Ad the Basic Ads are displayed in descending order according to the date.

For example, if person A submitted a Featured Ad last week, person B submitted a Feature Ad 3 days ago, person C submitted a Basic Ad today, and person D submitted a Basic Ad 2 days ago then the ads will be listed in the following order:

1. Person B's Featured Ad submitted 3 days ago.
2. Person A's Featured Ad submitted last week.
3. Person C's Basic Ad submitted yesterday.
4. Person D's submitted 2 days ago.

Using the Featured Ad option will greatly enhance the visibility and exposure of your Wants/Needs ePosting or your Listing.
